The luncheon begins
at 12:00 p.m., and usually includes one hour of CLE.
The cost is $20 for members who RSVP,
and $25 for guests, non-members, and persons who do not RSVP.

I want to explain to our new members and remind our current ones how the
RSVP procedure works for our CLE luncheons.
The events coordinator at Pecan Grove Plantation needs an accurate count to set up
tables for our luncheon. RSVP is very important because we are served a plated luncheon. The salad and dessert
are already placed on the table, and the entree is served after the salad is eaten.
There's nothing more stressful than scrambling to accommodate unexpected guests.
Please do your best to RSVP by the deadline of 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday before the luncheon. We realize that your
schedules are unpredictable, and you may discover on Thursday morning that you can attend. The country club prepares 10% extra
entrees, so we will have a lunch for five or six extra folks. We will try our best to accommodate you, but these lunches are
first come, first served.
There is nothing more frustrating and wasteful than paying for no-shows. We must
pay for all uneaten lunches, and we will pass that cost on to you. If you need to cancel, please let me know. You can
call me that morning at (281) 565-3634. After 10:30, call the country club at (281) 342-9940 and leave a message for me.
